DEPOSITS AND RETURNS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.
You will be required to pay a deposit when booking. All deposits are NON-refundable, NON- Transferable, changes of mind, or cancellations. Final payments can be arranged on the day of service unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENT TERMS
Hair by Andi requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash and payment transferrers via bank app.
BOOKING POLICY
We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as soon as you get notified when the event will be, we do our best to accommodate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. When cancelling your appointment with enough notice, we are able to accommodate that appointment to another client that’s in need.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours.
